- To confirm the booking, we ask for a non-refundable 25% deposit with a SIGNED BOOKING FORM (you can click on the link above to download a PDF version of the Booking Form, or ask us to send you one).
- We now accept payment by credit card - please contact us for more details. If paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to "Michael Rule".
- The balance must be paid not less than six weeks before the start date of your holiday, along with the security deposit of 500€ for the Villa or 350€ for the Cottage.

Top of page |  | |  | The Villa and The Cottage (the ’Property’) at Daramousque, 82230 Monclar de Quercy, France are offered for holiday rental by Michael and Sarah Rule (the ’Owners’).
To reserve either ’Property’ please complete and sign the booking form and return it with a payment of 25% of the total rental. Confirmation of the booking will be made to the ’Tenant’ once both are received.
The balance of the total payment is due from the ’Tenant’ not less than 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, and after a reminder has been sent, we reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation of the booking and no refund will be due. Any bookings made within 6 weeks of the start of a rental period require full payment to be made at the time of booking. A security deposit of Euros 500 (the Villa) or Euros 350 (the Cottage) is required and this is payable at the same time as the balance payment is due. This deposit will be returned within 10 days of completion of the rental period less any costs incurred as a result of damage, breakages or failure to leave the property in an orderly condition which will be communicated to you. Your liability to the ’Owners’ is however not limited to the deposit sum.
The property will be ready for occupation from 1600 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 0900 hours on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed by the ’Owners’.
The ’Owners’ are not liable to the ’Tenant’ for: Any faults or interruptions to the supply of public utilities to the property. Any loss, damage or inconvenience caused or suffered as a result of weather conditions, strikes, riots, wars or matters outside the ’Owners’ control. Any loss, damage or inconvenience caused or suffered if the property becomes uninhabitable prior to the start of a rental period. If this should occur a full refund will be made without the ’Owners’ incurring further liability to the ’Tenant’.
We strongly advise the ’Tenant’ to take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover at the time of booking. This should include cover for personal effects and third party liability which are not covered by the ’Owners’ insurance.
The ’Tenant’ uses the ’Property’ entirely at his own risk. The ’Owners’ accept no liability for injury, loss or damage to property, personal belongings, vehicles and their contents whatsoever. |
