Currency: payments in Sterling may be possible subject to exchange rates prevailing at the time of transaction.
Security deposit: a security deposit is payable (with the balance) six weeks before the start date of the rental period. We request 500€ for the Villa and 350€ for the Cottage.
Payments: we can accept payment by credit card or via PayPal on request.
Cleaning: interim cleaning can be arranged if requested at a cost of 50€ (Villa) and 30€ (Cottage). End of stay cleaning is included.
Linen & towels: linen and bath/hand/swimming towels are included in the price.
Heating: extra charges for heating may apply in the cooler months.
